According to the World Health Organisation, one in four people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. Around 450 million people currently suffer from such conditions, placing mental disorders among the leading causes of ill-health and disability worldwide.

How I can help you ...

My aim is to empower you. I do this by providing a safe and confidential space where my clients are free to speak their truth and express themselves without judgement or opinion. How you feel and what you think about is very personal to you and that's why it is important to work with a therapist you can trust. I will collaborate with you to formulate a solution that works specifically for you, with the utmost levels of respect and sensitivity.

As an integrative therapist, I use a range of modalities and techniques to help you to explore your concerns. Depending on what you’d like to work on, we can explore the various therapies in our initial session and see what feels right for you. I firmly believe that each of us has the innate power to overcome any challenge and there is every possibility to move forwards, even when things seem bleak. Taking back control is an empowering and uplifting experience. Together we will explore the root cause of your distress and identify how you can detach from any pattern, thought, feeling or behaviour that isn't serving you well. Therapy is a process filled with many 'ah-ha' moments as you begin to understand yourself better and learn how to move forwards.
