In many ways, mental health is just like physical health: everybody has it and we need to take care of it.
Good mental health means being generally able to think clearly and to feel and react in healthy ways. But if you go through a period of poor mental health you might find the ways you're frequently thinking, feeling, reacting or behaving - become difficult, or even impossible, to cope with. This can feel just as bad as a physical illness, or even worse.

As an integrative therapist, I use a range of modalities and techniques to help you to explore your concerns. Depending on what you’d like to work on, we can explore your needs and the different services I offer in our initial session. You can then decide what feels right for you. My services include a range of approaches including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Personal and Professional Coaching, Online Counselling, HeartMath, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as 'tapping' and a revolutionary approach to relieving trauma - Matrix Reimprinting. I am clinically qualified to help people deal with stress, anxiety and self regulation.
I firmly believe that each of us has the innate power to overcome any challenge and there is every possibility to move forwards, even when things seem bleak. Taking back control is an empowering and uplifting experience. Together we will explore the root cause of your distress and identify how you can detach from any pattern, thought, feeling or behaviour that isn't serving you well. Therapy is a process filled with many 'ah-ha' moments as you begin to understand yourself better and learn how to move forwards.
In usual circumstances we would meet face to face at the London Therapy Foundation in Richmond or at my West London practice but while the centre is closed and it is difficult for us to meet in isolation, online counselling is a great solution. Fortunately, all of my services including Counselling, Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-Imprinting are available and effectively achieved via video conferencing platforms including Facetime, Whatsapp Video Call, Skype and Zoom.
